PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety of our staff, customers, and transportation network, certain items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through Madhur Courier Services.
Please read carefully before booking a shipment. Shipping any of the items listed below is a violation of our terms and conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws. Madhur Courier Services reserves the right to refuse, intercept, or return any shipment found to contain prohibited goods.
WHAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED
Currency
All forms of physical currency, banknotes, coins, and monetary instruments are prohibited from shipment.
Indian Postal Articles
Items reserved exclusively for the Indian postal service cannot be shipped through private courier networks.
Liquids & Semi-Liquids
All liquid and semi-liquid substances, including non-sealed containers, are strictly prohibited.
Pornography
Any obscene, pornographic, or indecent material is prohibited and illegal to ship in India and internationally.
Bullion
Gold, silver, and other precious metals in raw or bullion form are not accepted for shipment.
Drugs & Narcotics
All controlled substances, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, and illegal pharmaceuticals are strictly prohibited.
Firearms & Ammunition
Guns, weapons, firearm parts, and all types of ammunition are completely prohibited from our network.
Precious & Semi-Precious Items
Gemstones, diamonds, precious stones, and high-value jewellery cannot be shipped through standard channels.
Radioactive Material
All radioactive, nuclear, or radiological materials are completely banned from our logistics network.
Live Animals & Plants
Live animals, birds, insects, reptiles, and living plants of any kind cannot be accepted for shipment.
Dry Ice
Dry ice and any packaging containing dry ice is prohibited, including when used as a coolant or preservative.
IATA Dangerous Goods
All items classified as restricted or dangerous by IATA guidelines are prohibited without special authorisation.
Corpses & Human Remains
Corpses, cremated remains, and disinterred human remains are not accepted for standard shipment.
Gambling Devices
Lottery tickets, gambling devices, and related paraphernalia are prohibited in many jurisdictions.
Legally Prohibited Items
Any item whose carriage is prohibited by any law, statute, or regulation of the country of origin, destination, or transit.

Any customer found to be shipping prohibited items will be reported to the relevant authorities. Shipments found to contain prohibited goods will be seized, and no refund will be issued.
